Article 1: Organization of the giveaway

The Company Bijoux Pépine, whose head office is at 1re Avenue H4G 2V7, Verdun, QC Canada and represented by Perrine Marez, in her capacity as manager:
- organizes from 06/11/2021 11a.m to 08/11/2021 at 8p.m, a free game with no obligation to purchase entitled: "Win a Triangle set for the holidays" (here in after referred to as "the Game"), according to the terms described in these regulations.

This game is organized as a social media post.
It is specified that the Game and its promotion are not managed or sponsored by Instagram.


Article 2: Participants

This free game is open to any natural person of full age, with internet access and an Instagram account, and residing in the following countries: Canada / France / USA , with the exception of those for whom a parent or a direct line member of their family is a member of the staff of Bijoux Pépine or of a company participating in the organization of this Game.

Any participation in the Game must comply with the conditions of use of these regulations, of the Site as well as the general conditions of use of Instagram publications.

Any participation that does not comply with the characteristics set out above will not be taken into account. Consequently, participants refrain from any misuse by any means whatsoever (temporary accounts for example) intended to circumvent these rules.

In the event of fraud, Bijoux Pépine reserves the right to exclude the participant and thus cancel their participation in the Game. Any participation that is incomplete, inaccurate, falsified, containing false information, does not comply with the rules or received after the closing date of the Game will be considered void and will result in the elimination of the participant.


Article 3: Terms of participation

This Game is a raffle-type competition which takes place exclusively on the internet via the dedicated publication on the Bijoux Pépine Instagram account:

on the dates indicated in Article 1.

To participate, it is sufficient, during the period of validity of the Game mentioned in article 1 above:
- to invite two or more friends to participate in the contest under the publication dedicated to the Bijoux Pépine contest on the Company's Instagram account
- follow the Company's Instagram account because the contest is reserved for subscribers of the Bijoux Pépine page
- double your chances of drawing lots by sharing the publication as a story by tagging @bijouxpepine

Only one entry is allowed per person, same last name, same first name, same Instagram account during the entire period of the Game.

Since the Game is accessible in particular on the Instagram platform, Instagram will not be held responsible in the event of a dispute relating to the Game. Instagram is neither the organizer nor the sponsor of the operation. The personal data collected during the Game is intended for the organizing company in accordance with Article 12 of these regulations.

Since the Game is accessible on a mobile phone (Smartphone), in no case will Apple, Microsoft, Google or any other mobile application platform be held responsible in the event of a dispute relating to the Game.

Article 4: Designation of the winner

The winner will be drawn at random after the end date of the Game mentioned in article 1.

The drawing of lots will determine the winner among the entries that have validated the terms of participation.

The winner will be informed directly by private message on their Instagram account by Bijoux Pépine in order to obtain their postal address to send or communicate their prize.

The name of the winner will be announced on Bijoux Pépine's social networks. Without a response from him, within an additional three (3) days, Bijoux Pépine reserves the right to select a new winner.

Article 5: Endowments

The Game has the following prize:

 - Elegant Black Triangle Jewelry Set valued at $ 78

The Organizing Company reserves the right to verify the age of any winner before handing over his prize. The endowments may in no case be exchanged for their value in cash or against any other endowment. The organizing company cannot be held responsible for the use or non-use, or even trading, of the prizes by the winners.

In the event of force majeure, the organizing company reserves the right to cancel the prize won without consideration.

Article 6: Acceptance

Mere participation in this Game implies the outright and unreserved acceptance of these regulations, the waiver of any recourse concerning the conditions of organization and running of the Game, its results and the allocation of prizes.


Article 7: Liability

The Organizing Company may not incur any liability in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control if it were to cancel this Game. It also reserves the right to extend or limit the period of participation, to postpone it or modify its conditions, its responsibility cannot be engaged for this fact.

Additions and modifications to these regulations may possibly be published during the Game. They will be considered as appendices to these regulations.

Participation implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation or hacking and the risk of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the network.

The organizing company declines all direct or indirect responsibility in the event of misuse or incident related to the use of the computer, access to the Internet, maintenance or malfunction of the servers, the telephone line or from any other technical connection, to sending the Instagram comment.

It is up to all participants to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and / or software stored on their computer equipment against any attack.

The organizing company will in no way be responsible for an interruption in the game linked to the Instagram platform. No compensation can be claimed in this respect.

In addition, the responsibility of the organizing company can in no way be retained in the event of delivery problems or loss of postal or electronic mail (especially with regard to the delivery of prizes).

Any prize sent by the organizing company to a winner which is unclaimed or returned for any other reason by the postal services will be lost for the winner and will remain acquired by the organizing company. The organizing company cannot be held responsible for the poor functioning of the Internet network, nor for delay, loss or damage resulting from postal and management services.

 
Article 8: Intellectual property

The images used for the Game, the objects represented, the brands and trade names mentioned, the graphic and computer elements and the databases making up the Game site, are the exclusive property of their respective owners and may not be extracted, reproduced or used without the written permission of the latter, under penalty of civil and / or criminal prosecution.
